Founder & Owner , Tyson Orth’s journey began over 15 years ago as a licensed electrician working across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Fault finding in family homes moving into complex switchboard upgrades in commercial sites, Tyson built his experience on precision, reliability, and commitment to quality.

But beyond the day-to-day jobs, Tyson saw something many tradespeople miss: an opportunity to do things differently. He recognised that the real value in the trade industry isn’t just in turning up and getting the job done—it’s in consistency, clarity, and building lasting relationships based on trust

The Launch of Nexa Electrical Solutions

Founded in the south coast of New South Wales, Nexa Electrical Solutions was born out of Tyson’s desire to create a company that could deliver high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, and repair services—not just once, but repeatedly, reliably, and professionally.

From day one, Nexa was designed to stand apart from the average ‘man in a van’ operation. It was structured with purpose: to offer ongoing value to both residential and commercial clients, to grow a strong internal team culture, and to eventually become part of a larger, integrated network of essential service providers under the broader Nexa Trades Group.

The vision doesn’t stop with electrical work. Nexa is the flagship division in a growing network of service-based businesses that includes HVAC, plumbing, and data. Together, these trades form the foundation of Nexa Trades Group—a multi-division, multi-state organisation project designed to meet the essential service needs of homes and businesses across Australia

The goal? To modernise how Australians engage with trade services: making them more dependable, more streamlined, and more people-focused.
